peace, RUN, awareness Top Team in 4th Annual 5K

Jeff & Nicole Coyle rounded up their good friends and relatives and came to the 4th Annual “Run the Palisades” 5K ready to win!  And, they did! Nicole ran her first race with the Diabetes Foundation three years ago in honor of her dad who suffers everyday with diabetes.  She knows full well how hard it is to keep his spirits up, be sure he is taking the right medications at the right time and constantly be on the watch for any further complications. Nicole also knows how difficult it could be if there was no money for diabetes supplies or medications or if her dad were unable to pay for a doctor’s visit because of no insurance.  That’s why Nicole supports the cause of the Diabetes Foundation – she gets it and wants others to understand why the Foundation works so hard to raise funds to help so many people living day-to-day with diabetes.  Thanks, Nicole, and congratulations to your whole team!  See you next year!
